Our next Forward Thinking workshop is with members of the campaign group, Uniting UK, on Wednesday 4th March at 7.00pm in Holywell Trust.
This is one of a series of workshops exploring different attitudes and issues related to the constitutional future of Northern Ireland/ Ireland/ United Kingdom.
Holywell Trust does not have a preferred outcome on the constitutional future question, and we do not endorse a particular viewpoint on this sensitive issue. Our role is to facilitate dialogue and exploration of different views relating to this debate.

Speakers at the workshop will be:
Trevor Ringland
Senior lawyer, former rugby international (British and Irish Lions, Ireland and Ulster) and former Special Envoy to the US on Northern Ireland.
Trevor is known for his public profile on issues of reconciliation, cross-community activity and charity work. He was a supporting voice in The Yes Campaign during the 1998 Good Friday Agreement Referendum.
Jay Basra
Jay is a History and Politics Student at QUB. He is involved in local politics and the loyal orders.
John Hanna
John co-founded the pro-UK campaign, Uniting UK in 2020. He worked in the Remain Campaign during the 2016 EU Referendum.
John works in a national charity and holds roles in church and politics.
